When to arrive

Campgrounds are open for entry on:

  • Thursday, August 8th from 3 PM to 9 PM for early entry.
  • Friday, August 9th between 8 AM and 8 PM
  • Saturday, August 10th at 8 AM

        Camping Info

        Generators

        Camper/RV installed generators and small portable generators are allowed in the campground, however, if they are excessively loud or become an issue, they may be required to be shut down after quiet hours.

        water

        There are no water hookups available in the campgrounds and no vendor to provide fresh water fills.

        Portable Restrooms

        Located throughout the campgrounds.

        Showers

        Available for $5 at the nearby community center; open from 8am to 4pm.

        Quiet Hours

        No loud music after 2am.  Quiet times from 2am to 10am.

        Ice

        An Ice vendor will not be available in the campgrounds. Ice is available in town, the closest place to get ice in town is at Kwik Trip.

        Campfires

        Campfires ARE allowed (as long as there is no burn ban in place by county or city) in a contained fire ring and conducted in a safe manner and at a safe distance from structures. Bring your own firewood as we won’t have any firewood for sale or available.

        Additional Vehicles

        One vehicle is allowed per site. A vehicle is defined by a steering wheel – a drivable RV is considered a vehicle. Additional vehicles are $50 each. Allowed additional vehicles include: Cars/Trucks/SUVs, Motorcycles and Golf Carts. Vehicles NOT ALLOWED include: ATVs/UTVs, dirt bikes or other motorized vehicles not classified as allowed above. No exceptions for street-legal ATVs/UTVs will apply.

        Closing

        All campsites must be cleared by 12pm Sunday afternoon. 

        Camping rules

        1. Every attendee in the campground must have a concert ticket.
        2. Bring your ID. You will need your ID and must be 21 years old to purchase alcohol have it on you at all times. Zero tolerance on underage drinking.
        3. No Refunds or Exchanges.
        4. GrandCountryNights is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets/wristbands.
        5. GrandCountryNights is not responsible for personal injury, theft, loss or damage to personal property.
        6. Pets are not allowed at GrandCountryNights in the concert area, Pets ARE allowed in the campgrounds, however they must be on a leash and contained within their camp site or in the campgrounds.
        7. Absolutely NO GUNS allowed on the property with or without a permit.
        8. No kegs, beer bongs, drugs, weapons, fireworks allowed in campgrounds.
        9. The sale of alcohol in the campgrounds will be strictly forbidden.
        10. Persons engaging in illegal, violent or unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the concert site, campgrounds and/or parking lots and may be subject to arrest.
        11. No drones or any other aerial vehicles are allowed in the camping or concert area without express consent from GrandCountryNights management.
        12. Excessive noise is never allowed in any campground, particularly after 2:00am.
        13. All vehicles are subject to searches as they enter and/or are parked in the GrandCountryNights Campgrounds and Parking lots, and/or on the Venue grounds. If you leave and re-enter, you are subject to search again.
        14. Vehicle parking: vehicles must be parked within the designated camping site.

        17. Minnesota law required a 10 foot clearance of vehicles / structures between adjacent campsites. Any vehicles, campers, tents or structures must have a 10 foot clearance from any vehicles, campers, tents or structures in the campsite next to you. There is also specific policy for Special Event Camping Areas that reads: “In Special Event Camping Areas recreational camping vehicles and tents, including their attachments, must be separated from each other and other structures by at least ten feet.”
        18. Underage Drinking will not be tolerated. Any minors found consuming or possessing alcohol will be turned over to local authorities.
        19. Quiet Time will be from 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Loud music will not be tolerated during this time.
        20. No live music shall be allowed in the campgrounds.
        21. Campsites will remain clean at all times and left in the manner which they were found at the end of the event.
        22. All campsites shall be cleared by 12:00PM Sunday afternoon.
